Sophia and Hanna helped my fam get fitted for new skis - they were super helpful and friendly and got our work done far faster than I would have expected. Great team at a great store.

Fantastic ski shop. Very knowledge and helpful staff. More interested in helping you find the right gear, then making a sale. This shop may seem more expensive than SportCheck for ski stuff, but well worth it. You are getting better quality products, but more importantly, the RIGHT products for you, with the help of the staff. Products and gear that will last much longer than the cheaper "wrong, and ill-fitting" gear you can get at the BIG sport stores. Lasting longer, more fun, and saving you money in the long run. HIGHLY recommend for everyone -- from beginners to expert. (I ski 40+ days/season.)

I wish I knew the representative name. The customer service today for fitting my 4-year-old son's first pair of skates was absolutely perfect. I remember as a child getting my skates from here and now being able to bring my son it was pretty cool. Like always I will continue to support this establishment. A+

Hands down the best customer service from Source London. They went out of their way, and above and beyond to arrange for a Christmas gift for my son. I’ve been going to this store and Source Team works for years and they never disappoint. They are all about community.

Had a skate fitting with Sam yesterday and was an awesome experience, definitely the best skate fitting I've ever had. I drove 1.5 hours because SFSL had the size I thought I needed (but actually left with the PROPER size)....needless to say, I'll be doing the drive next time me or my boys need new wheels.

After 32 years of owning my Bauer 2000 skates I was dreading a new fit. The guys took care of me down at Source Teamworks with a new skate and fitted it to my foot. Can't wait to try these ones out this Sunday. So much lighter.

Big shout out to the Padded Room for incredible service and workmanship on a Mach glove needing repairing, relacing, and adding protection. Great work, great communication/shipping and amazing shop overall, thank you for the demo glove while it was being serviced. We will certainly be back!!
